WARNUNG Verletzungsgefahr durch Schwingungen

Vibrationsbelastungen können zu Nervenschäden führen und die Durchblu-
tung von Händen und Armen beeinträchtigen.

Sich ständige wiederholende Bewegungen, ungewöhnliche Arbeitsposi-
tionen und Vibrationsbelastungen können Schäden an Händen und Ar-
men verursachen. Bei Benommenheit, Kribbelgefühl, Schmerzen oder
bleicher Haut die Arbeit mit dem Werkzeug unterbrechen und einen Arzt
aufsuchen.

Verwenden Sie gut ausbalancierte Werkzeuge mit passender Bohrung

►

Verwenden Sie, soweit möglich, Werkzeug mit Schwingungsdämpfung.

►

Verringern Sie die Dauer der Vibrationsbelastung auf ein Minimum.

WARNUNG Gefahren in Zusammenhang mit Polymeren

Die in diesem Produkt eingesetzten Schieber enthalten PTFE (ein syntheti-
sches vollfluoriertes Polymer). Durch Verschleiß kann es dazu kommen,
dass sich PTFE-Partikel im Produktinneren ablagern. Bei Erhitzen kann PT-
FE Dämpfe abgeben, die Polymerfieber hervorrufen. Die Symptome ähneln
denen einer Erkältung. Das Risiko ist besonders hoch, wenn kontaminierter
Zigarettenrauch eingeatmet wird.

Beim Umgang mit Schiebern und anderen Bauteilen sind die Empfehlungen
zu Gesundheitsschutz und Sicherheit im Zusammenhang mit PTFE einzuhal-
ten:

Während der Vornahme von Servicearbeiten an diesem Produkt nicht
rauchen

►

PTFE-Partikel dürfen nicht mit offenem Feuer, Glut oder Hitze in Kon-
takt geraten

►

Die Motorbauteile dürfen nicht mit Druckluft sauber geblasen werden,
sondern sind mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit zu reinigen

►

Vor der Aufnahme einer anderen Aktivität die Hände waschen

Allgemeine Informationen

Aufbau und Funktionsweise

Dieser Schleifer ist für Schleif- und Schneidscheiben ausgelegt. Es handelt sich
um ein Modell mit Schmierung. Das Gerät, seine Zusatzgeräte und sämtliches
Zubehör dürfen nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck verwendet werden. Von un-
zweckmäßigem Gebrauch ist ausnahmslos abzusehen.

• Das Schleifgerät keinesfalls ohne Schutzhaube einsetzen.

• Mit diesem Schleifermodell keinesfalls konische Scheiben verwenden.

• Keinesfalls Kreissägeblätter oder andere Schneider als die für das Werkzeug

vorgesehenen Schleifscheiben bzw. -bürsten verwenden.
