Assembly and disassembly of
the valve housing

To disassemble the valve housing do as follows:
♦
Hit the bevelled end of the pins in direction (A)
until the pins are out. The knurled end of the pins
must come out first.
To assemble the valve housing do as follows:
♦
Place the pins with the bevelled end entering the
plastic bushing and hit in direction (B), until they
are placed in correct position (C).
Troubleshooting
If the pneumatic machine does not start, has low
power or uneven performance, check the following
points.
♦
Check that the insertion tool being used has the
correct shank dimension.
♦
Check that the pneumatic machine is getting the
correct amount of lubricant. Too much lubrication
can cause starting problems, low power or uneven
performance.
♦
Check that the compressed air system supplies
the machine with sufficient air pressure to give full
power.
♦
Check that the dimension and length of the air
hose are according to the recommendations. See
“Installation”.
♦
If there is a risk of freezing, check that the
machine's exhaust ports are not blocked.
