Ensure the two
top rail brace
end connector
channels are
level to each
other.
8.
TOP RAIL BRACE INSTALLATION
It is recommended
that the top rail
brace is fitted
prior to tiling.
AVOID
SCRATCHING.
Trim to length if
necessary. Ensure
adjusting block is
at the correct end
of the top rail
brace and flush
with the top face
of the rail. This
may be reversed to suit the door direction. Slide
into the end connector channels.
Drill into CSK holes provided in end connector
channel. Fix with the short CSK screws.
9.
PREPARATION FOR GLASS INSTALLATION
Apply 6mm
plastic packers
into base glazing
channels in
locations as
shown.
10.
CRITICAL SEAL
Remove dust and dirt first. Seal
–
using silicon
supplied
–
the connection between the glass
receiver channels
and the base
glazing channel
with clear silicon
prior to the
installation of
panel
HZ-F.
11.
INSTALLATION OF FIXED PANEL
Locate panel
HZ-F
into the glazing channels. The
top of panel
HZ-F
should align to the
top of the glass
receiver channels.
The two holes in
panel
HZ-F
must
align correctly in
height with the two
holes in the
adjusting block.
Add or remove
packers in the base
glazing channel as
necessary for glass
height alignment.
