- If not, fill the water heater tank

display and the controller is correctly connected then switch on again.
- If the symptom persists, replace first the cable between the controller and the display
then the display itself and finally the controller.

- If the symptoms still persist, replace the thermostat
I obtain cold water in
SMART mode
- A sudden, significant increase in hot water consumption can result in a situation
where you occasionally obtain cold water.
- Switch from SMART to manual mode and select the desired temperature level.
- Return to SMART mode later
- If the symptom occurs on a regular basis, increase the comfort level in SMART mode
or switch to manual mode from time to time.
I obtain cold water in

- Proceed as for the unexpected long heating period error (error code 4)

- Check the electrical wiring of the water heater and check that the flat cable between
the thermostat and the display is connected correctly.
- If the symptoms persist, first replace the display.
