The mounting of the second bead is to be made in the same way as
described for the first bead.
Here must also be paid attention to the correct position of the tire
opposite of the mounting head.
Now start the rotation of the turntable.
Pay attention to a correct bead run. An inobservance can lead to
heavy damages on the tire.
Finally loosen the rim clamping for removing the wheel.
Filling of a tire
The max. pressure of the tire may not be more then 3,5 bars.
Keep away parts of the body from the tire.
During operation, the noise level can reach 85dB (A), therefore the operator should wear
corresponding protective clothing.
Make sure that the tire was totally coated with lubricant.
Now start the filling process.
