For checking the synchronization you can hear to the click of the safety notches, the carriage who clicks later
must be retightened.
A re-adjustment of the synchronization ropes after a short operation can be necessary due to the material and is
not a warranty case but a maintenance work of the operator.
c.
Lower the lift completely and push then the button „LOWERING“ appr. 15 sec.longer so that the hydraulic
system will be completely bleeded.
d. Install now the missing parts (e.g. drive-on ramps, roll-away protection, covers of columns and so on)
9. Lifting under load
a. Lift the load to appr. 1.0000 mm height
b. Lower then the load into the first notch.
c. Check the tension of the ropes, re-adjust if necessary.
d. Check the synchronization while further lifting and re-adjust if necessary.
e. Lower the load and install the still missing covers
10. After the installation fill in the enclosed checking book.
This information will be needed at a possible service case.
