When you have finished making your configuration settings, click

Auto Ping
Method

Auto Ping Method

defines the mechanism which the eco PDU uses

to ping a device and to reboot the outlet. To enable this setting, check
the

Enable

checkbox, or check the

Disable

checkbox to disable.

Outlet Control

Enable this setting to reboot the outlet when the eco PDU fails to
ping the device for the specified number of times, as set in the

Cont. Failed Pings (Reboot Outlet)

field.

Ping Interval

Enter the number of seconds to elapse between each auto-ping
that is sent to test the network device.

Wait Time Before First Ping

Enter the duration to wait before the outlet is powered on during
a reboot.

Cont. Failed Pings (Reboot Outlet)

Enter the maximum number of times that the eco PDU pings the
specified device after an initial failure.

Max Outlet Reboot Times

Enter the maximum number of times that the eco PDU reboots
the specified device after the consecutive pings, as specified in
the

Cont. Fail Reset

field.

IP Address

Enter the IP address of the device you want to ping.
