WHEN REPLACING THE SAW BLADE MAKE SURE THAT IT ROTATES IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION (MARKEWD
WITH AN ARROW ON THE MACHINE BODY)
9.1.2.
Remove the front saw blade guard by removing the 4 M6 screws clockwise.
9.1.3.
Remove the M12 bolt, on the saw blade shaft using a 19mm wrench key, turning
counter clockwise (counter hold the bolt on the other end of the shaft using a 17 mm
wrench key to prevent the saw blade shaft from turning).
9.1.4.
Remove the saw blade washer and the saw blade flange II.
9.1.5.
Replace the saw blade carefully making sure that the teeth show to the correct
direction.
9.1.6.
Insert the other parts in the reverse order to install the saw blade.
9.1.7.
It is necessary to sharpen / replace the saw blade in certain intervals depending on
the cutting material. If the cut material leaves burr after the cutting operation or if the saw
blade is strained, it needs to be sharpened / replaced.
