Power Supply
Powering ON/OFF
- Press the button to switch on the music dock.
- Press and hold button for 3 seconds to power off UniStream completely.
Using the Audio Line in Connection
(AUX-INPUT)
- You can connect the audio output of an external device, such as a MP3
player or a TV, to UniStream for listening to the sound of that device
through the high quality amplifier of the music dock.
- To connect the external device, use a standard stereo headphone (3.5
mm) cable to connect the “HEADPHONE-OUT” or “AUDIO LINE-OUT” of
the device to the aux-in jack socket of this music dock.
- Switch on the music dock and the external device (eg. MP3-player or TV).
- UniStream will detect the 3.5 mm cable and automatically switch to AUX IN
jack mode.
- Start playback of the external device and adjust the volume control of the
docking station to the desired level.
- Remember to switch off the music dock when you are finished using the
external device.
* Note: When a 3.5mm cable is connected to the auxiliary input on the
docking station, Bluetooth
®
functionality is suspended. To resume
Bluetooth
®
streaming, disconnect the 3.5mm cable from the
auxiliary input.
AC Operation
(External AC-DC Power Adapter)
- UniStream is equipped with a DC IN jack that should only be used with the
supplied AC adapter to operate the music dock. Use of other adapters
may damage the music dock or cause it to malfunction.
- Plug the tail end of the AC adapter into the DC IN jack (socket) on the rear
of docking station.
- Insert the plug of the AC adapter into a wall outlet with AC power not
controlled by a wall switch.
