quick reference card for information on the Auto Dial
feature.

Agent Status. Use these buttons to change the status
of an agent’s extension from your telephone. Your
telephone needs two status buttons: Available and
Unavailable.
The agents in your calling group can also use
programmed buttons to change their own status.
However, agents need only an Available button to
switch in and out of available status.
