1000MAP User’s Manual

Setting None as your security configuration

The AP can be configured to not have a security setting. IT administrators can choose to set the security configuration as

None

,

effectively turning off all of the AP’s security features. In this configuration, users can navigate to the access point without security

requirements.

It is NOT recommended to turn off wireless security.

Note
