SYMPTOM STATUS SOLUTION
Red LED in the button is
illuminated continuously. A fault has occurred in
the electronics of your
gas hob. Contact your service centre.
Faults table (HG1111MD/HG9611MD/HG9711MC)
If the appliance does not work properly, this does not always mean
that it is defective. Try to deal with the problem yourself first by
checking the points mentioned below in the table or visit our website

SYMPTOM STATUS SOLUTION
Th ere is a smell of gas in the
vicinity of the appliance.
Th e gas connection to the gas
hob is leaking.
Turn off the gas mains.
Contact your gas fi tter.
A burner does not ignite. Plug not in socket.
Fuse defective/fuse in meter
cabinet switched off .
Sparkplug dirty/damp.
Burner parts not correctly
installed.
Burner parts dirty/damp.
Push the plug into the socket.
Fit a new fuse or switch the
automatic fuse back on.
Clean and dry the sparkplug.
Assemble the burner parts
using the centring ridges.
Clean and dry the burner
parts, making sure that the
outfl ow holes are open.
