WATT mode:
1.
Turn UP or DOWN to chose the workout program. Chose WATT and confirm it by pressing ENTER.
2.
Turn UP or DOWN to chose WATT (10-350). Press ENTER to confirm.
3. Turn UP or DOWN to set the time.
4. Press START/STOP to start the workout. Turn UP or DOWN to set the WATT value.
5. Press START/STOP to stop the workout. Press RESET to get back to the homescreen.
