Beginner mode:
1.
Turn UP or DOWN to chose the workout program. Chose BEGINNER and confirm it by pressing
ENTER.
2.
Turn UP or DOWN to chose between BEGINNER 1 - BEGINNER 4. Press ENTER to confirm.
3. Turn UP or DOWN to set the time.
4. Press START/STOP to start the workout. Turn UP or DOWN to set the level.
5. Press START/STOP to stop the workout. Press RESET to get back to the homescreen.
COMPUTER
