Touch/Virtual Key issues - ASSY 

Touch screen with no response: 

1.

Check CON1602 to make sure there are no defects (sunken pins, cracks, 
SMT issues) 

2.

Swap panels to make sure the parts are functionally normal. 

Virtual key with no response: 

1.

Check CON1602 to make sure there are no defects (sunken pins, cracks, 
SMT issues). 

2.

Remove MB, check the edge connector under the IOFPC whether the FPC is 
inserted inside the connector. 

3.

Check the FPC whether if it is torn off.
