m. Do 2. AGC-Gmagic out of limit test first, from step a ~f.
n. If there is nothing wrong at the Rx trace, do 3. GSM APC fail procedure, from
step d ~ f.
11.4 Edge APC fail
a. While 8960 is used to do the 2G ATE23 RF function calibration, the calibration
program would do the GSMAPC calibration first. When the GSM APC calibration is
finished, the Edge APC will go on then. Besides, the Edge RF function works with the
same Tx trace as GSM function. Therefore, in the Edge Tx trace test, the only tests
should be done are the step d ~ f of the 3. GSM APC fail.
c. While 8820 is used to do the 2G ATE23 RF function calibration, the calibration
program would do the Edge APC calibration first. When the Edge APC calibration is
finished, the GSM APC will go on then. Besides, the Edge RF function works with
the same Tx trace as GSM function. Therefore, in the Edge Tx trace test, the only
tests should be done are the step d ~ f of the 3. GSM APC fail.
