Upon receiving your defective product(s), GSM is expected to finish the repair
within 2 working days, provided needed spare parts are available. The warranty
covers defective workmanship and materials of ASUS notebook for a fixed
period of time according to the previous chart, under normal use upon
purchase. ASUS will pay for the service charges incurred.
3.
After your notebook is fixed, you are requested to fill in the GSM Service
Report, which can be obtained from ASUS GSM, then return it to the ASUS
GSM.
