Pitch
–
Pitch is very important. The Pitch setting
is how the software determines how far to
advance the tab. When the
Pitch soft key is
pressed, the display prompts you to
“
Enter Tab
Pitch and press SAVE key
”
.
Pitch = Distance measured from the top of
one tab to the top of the next tab. Select
Pitch from the
“
Select option to edit
”
screen. Measure the distance from the top of
one tab to the top of the next tab, in this
example it was 1.190". Then add 0.01" for a
total of 1.200". Enter that number using the
number keys on the Control Panel and then
press the
SAVE key.
