Attention!
Do not spray any lubricants into the electronic knob cylinder C100 V3: The
electronic knob cylinder C100 V3 must not be greased.
Replacing the battery
The battery has a capacity of up to 30,000 opening cycles in a maximum of two
years. If the red LED blinks or at least one of the two criteria is met, the battery
must be replaced immediately (“Inserting batteries”, page 42).
Attention!
Replace the battery within 30s: Stored data is kept for 30s. A new battery must
be inserted within this time span.
Warranty
The statutory warranty periods and Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of
ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH apply (www.assaabloy.de).
Disposal
Packaging materials must be recycled. The product must be disposed of as
electronic scrap.
Batteries may not be disposed of in the household waste and must be dropped
off at a battery collection point.
Note!
Notice according to the German Battery Law (BattG): You are legally obligated
to recycle used batteries. Old batteries may contain harmful materials which
can damage the environment or may be harmful to your health when stored or
disposed of improperly. Batteries also contain valuable raw materials such as iron,
zinc, manganese or nickel and can be recycled.
Applicable environmental protection regulations must be complied with.
