Keep Warm Function
For more convenience, this bread maker is supported with heat preservation function.
When bread or other snacks are done and are left in the bread maker, the
“Keep Warm”
function can maintain its freshness at certain temperature. This function is applicable
for presets 1-7.
1.
After bread is done, the bread maker automatically enters into
“Keep Warm” mode,

lashing “:”. The maximum keep warm duration is 1 hour. Thereafter, this function
is automatically disabled, indicated by a continuous beeping sound.
2.
To manually disable the keep warm function, press and hold down
“START/STOP/PAUSE” for 3 seconds.
7. INGREDIENTS
1.
Flour
- The flour used should be wheat flour, white flour, whole wheat flour, granary
bread flour, or bread flour.
- Do not use self-raising flour as the bread will not rise and will be crumbly in
texture.
2. Mixture Ratio of Water and Flour
- Different flours have different water absorption rates. Please adjust water
amount according to the flour type used.

When too much water is added, the dough will become so soft that the dough
is unable to form and may even become sticky. If so, the bread produced
would turn out very hard with a flat or rough surface, having bigger pores and
no springiness. A good bread should be half-rounded. If 5 minutes after
adding water, the dough is damp and sticky, please continue to add one or two
big spoonfuls of flour and knead the dough until you think the water content of
dough is appropriate.

If water added is lacking, after 5 minutes of mixing you would find the flour on
the bottom of pan dry and the dough is unable to form a round shape. The
dough would have a flat or rough surface and with no springiness. If so, the
bread would turn out very hard with dense pores. If after 5 minutes of adding
