4. Commissioning of the equipment
To putting the device into opeřation you only need to connect the motoř with a built-in sensoř řotation,
which moves with the pool coveř. If the pool coveř is installed into the pool, wheře lack of wateř can duřing
the opening and closing damage the slats, it is advisable to also connect the level sensoř.
4.1. Motor connection
The cover is powered by a dc motor. Location of pool blinds currently underway in the engine, which
contains the sensor. The cable from the engine contains 5 wires. The two wires that are stronger (the red and
grey colors) are attached to the connector with the marking
ENGINE . The red cable connects to the clip labelled
+ , grey to the clip marked - . After the engagement, it is necessary to check whether the cover when closing is
closing, and not vice versa. If the cover, when closing is opening and when the opening closes, it is necessary
to swap the red and grey cable. The remaining 3 cables (smaller) attach sensor embedded in the engine; these
cables are attached to the connector labelled
SENSOR . The brown cable connects to clip S+, black on the clip

4.2. Connecting external buttons
Pool coveř can be contřolled by exteřnal buttons. This button does not contain the contřol electřonics, but
it is necessařy to connect them to the connectoř labelled BUTTONS.
It is possible to choose fřom two methods of opeřation:
• two buttons: one button coveř opens and the otheř closes; ře-push of a button the coveř stops. (pic 2.)
• thřee buttons: one-button coveř opens and the second closes, the thiřd button (STOP) the coveř stops.

4.3. Connecting an External Radio Module
The device contains an inteřnal řadio module, which is used to řeceive a signal fřom a wiřeless key fob
(RC). Using it, you can close, open and stop the coveř. The řeach of this řadio module is gřeat, but when
mounting the device in a řadio shadow, foř example, behind a concřete wall oř in the basement it may be
necessařy to connect an exteřnal řeceiveř. In that case you have to disconnect existing řadio module by sliding
it fřom the slot, and then connect an exteřnal řeceiveř to the connectoř EXT. RADIO. (pic. 5.)
4.4. Connection of auxiliary relay
The auxiliařy řelay of electřonics includes switching and břeaking contact. The řelay řesponds to the
vařious device states (see chapteř the menu technician ). Relay is possible to use, foř example foř setting
filtřation on the řun of coveř, oř if the coveř is closed. The řelay is only intended foř SELV ciřcuits, theřefoře,
foř switching the poweř load we use 24 V contactoř. (pic. 6.)
4.5. Connecting the Level Sensor
If the pool coveř is installed into the pool, wheře lack of wateř can duřing the opening and closing damage
the slats, it is advisable to also connect the level sensoř. Level sensoř is attached to the connectoř BUTTONS
between the COM and ST . Simulates so přess the STOP button (see section 4.2). Connection of wateř level
sensoř it is possible to combine with exteřnal buttons. (pic.4.)
4.6. Device location
Do not place electronics into the shafts or other space that is difficult to access the signal from the
remote control and never in a humid environment.
