Explanation of Marks
Definition of Terms
SPM: It stands for
“
Step Per Minute
”
, and represents the total number of steps taken in 1 minute.
Pace: The time required to run 1 km or 1 mile.
CHR: It stands for
“
chronograph
”
. The chronograph can measure in 1/100 seconds.
Lap time: The time required to run any given section of the entire distance.
Split time: Time required to run from the start to any given point of the entire distance.
Algorithm: A formula used to calculate the running speed and distance on the basis of the SPM measured during running.
Type of pace to be set: The type of running data used for the algorithm.
AVG_PACE: Running data measured when the user runs at a usual speed.
SLOW PACE: Running data measured when the user runs at a speed slower than usual.
FAST PACE: Running data measured when the user runs at a speed faster than usual.
Log data set: The running data measured in a run, which is stored in a set in memory.
Lap No. (ex.: LAP-01): The order of a lap time measured during one chronograph measurement sequence.
Lap memory (ex.: L/m: 010): The accumulated number of measurement data stored in memory.
Monthly data: The data accumulated month by month (number of steps and distance data).
Number of steps data: The total number of steps taken during running accumulated month by month.
Distance data: The total distance run during running accumulated month by month.
TIMER function: A function to count down the set time and signals that that the set time is up with a beeping sound.
ALARM function: A function to ring a beeping sound at the time you have set.
Auto-backlight function: A function to light up the backlight automatically with each press of any of the buttons.
Contrast adjustment function: A function to adjust the contrast of the LCD display as desired.
ECO function: A function to turn off the display if the watch is left untouched for a selected time period.
Shoes Impact Meter: It indicates the reduction in cushioning performance of the shoes by calculating the shoes impact
value on the basis of the number of steps measured during running, and the data input by the user.
T1/T2: A mark to indicate the time zone currently selected.
Button operation confirmation sound: A beep to confirm that the button operation was performed securely.

Indicates which time zone is selected.

Indicates that alarm is engaged.
ECO mark
Indicates that the display will become blank if the
watch is left untouched for the selected time period.
