Switching the Phone Off
You want to switch off your phone.
Outside the coverage area the phone will keep trying to set up a connection with a system. To save your
battery, you can switch off your phone whenever you leave the coverage area.
Setting the Volume during a Call
You want to adjust the volume while in a call.
The new volume will remain stored even after the call is ended.
Setting the Ringing Properties on the Phone
You want to change your phone's ringing type, ringing volume, ringing melody, or ringing rate.
You can set the ringing volume, ringing melody, or ringing rate separately for normal ringing and discreet
ringing.
You can choose from the following types of ringing:
• Normal ringing – the phone rings continuously.
• Discreet ringing – the phone rings with a single ringing tone.
• Vibra call – the phone vibrates (130pro).
The Vibra call ringing type can also be activated in combination with normal ringing and discreet ringing.
With normal r Vibra call the phone rings and vibrates continuously; with discrete ringing and Vi-
bra call the phone rings and vibrates only once.
Activating Vibra Call
You want your phone to signal a call using Vibra call.
You can activate Vibra call either via the Loudspeaker key or the menu

. Vibra call is automatically deac-
tivated during a call.
Deactivating Vibra Call
You want your phone only to ring when you receive a call.
You can deactivate Vibra call via the Loudspeaker key.
Setting the Ringing Volume on the Phone while it is Ringing
You want to adjust the ringing volume.
You can adjust the ringing volume while the phone is ringing.
