In normal combustion, the ame should have a tapered shape, compact, with character “lively” and with the tips tend to be
vertical or crushed towards the back of the rebox. You have to have the feeling that the ame is pulled upwards.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
The ame thickens
at the base and the
tip has not pulled
upwards.
1. Bad regulation that determines:
• Too full of pellets
• Low fan speed
2. The duct is obstructed or there
are pressures that hamper the
smooth evacuation of fumes

All repairs must be carried out exclusively by a specialised technician, with the Hydro Insert com-
pletely cold and the electric plug pulled out. Is prohibited from any unauthorized modi cation to
the device and the replacement of parts with other non-original. The operations marked in bold
type must be carried out by specialised personnel.

turn on the Hydro Insert
5. Replace the fuse
6. Remove all foreign matter from the chimney
