11.4. PID Quick Guide
NOTE
Start with a solid camera setup
•
Set Ramp and Damp to ZERO on the Joystick (Pan & Tilt)
•
Physical test the Tilt axis.
•
Touch the Tilt axis and try move the camera down and check if the camera slipping.
If the tilt axis is slipping, you need to higher

for the Pan axis
•
Select a point in the set.
•
Use the joystick to tilt and stop the head and see if the camera:
stops at the selected point
or if it is over driving the point

•
If the heads over driving or bouncing, you need to lower the P and D value of the Tilt
axis by steps of five.
•
Same process for Pan axis
