MACHINE DOES NOT WORK – TROUBLESHOOTING
There are no indicator lights Check if the electric plug is correctly inserted into the
electrical socket.
First use - No water is coming out from the coffee nozzle The pump did not prime. Check that water tank is full of
water (K). Please insist for a while depressing more times
button (G), sometimes water may take some minutes to
come out.
Machine makes strange noise Check that there is water in the water tank (K).
Touch buttons BLUE fix lights are permanently ON and no
coffee comes out (E) The coffee nozzle (E) could be blocked. To clean it, please
follow instructions at the “Cleaning” paragraph.
The capsule you have inserted may be defective. WAIT A
FEW SECONDS BEFORE OPENING THE seat for capsule
(H), then try with a new capsule.
Touch buttons blink BLUE and never switch to steady
condition
Machine don’t warm up, please contact the after sales
service.
There is water at the bottom of the machine Check that water tank (K) is properly placed in its place,
and the drip tray (A) and capsule basket (C) are empty.
If water can still be found beneath the machine, please
contact the after sales service.
The seat of capsules (H) does not open This may be caused by one defective capsule. Please do
not use force to open. Let the machine to cool down for
some minutes so that it opens with ease. Please remove
defective capsule.
Scarse or no coffee cream (coffee foam) is produced. For each coffee made, fats (=essential oils) stay behind in
the spout. The coffee spout (E) could be dirt. To clean it,
please follow instructions at the “Cleaning” paragraph.

What are the default (factory) quantity settings of the
machine ?
Default settings are 25 seconds for short coffee (F) and 50
seconds for long coffee (G)
What happen if either (F) or (G) buttons is depressed
during coffee brewing ?
Coffee brewing will stop immediately.
When coffee machine is disconnected, programmed
quantities are lost ?
No, programmed quantities are keept indefinitely, also with
machine disconnected.
