3 MAINTENANCE
3.1 General guidelines
Maintenance shall be carried out to ensure the module fault-free performance and
instant readiness for use. Maintenance is carried out once a year without the product being
disconnected.
3.2 Safety precautions
During maintenance, observe safety precautions according to Section 2, general and
local “Occupation safety rules when operating electrical installation” and other.
3.3 Maintenance procedure
Maintenance includes as follows:

Inspect LS-25(T) hosing visually, no mechanical damages (cracks, dents, etc.) on
the enclosure, cover or controls are allowed;

Inspect cables attaching to LS-25(T) (it should not be squeezed and damaged);
−
Dust and dirt removal from the unit surface.
ATTENTION! USE OF LIQUIDS AND REACTIVE SOLVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED!

Check product mounting;
−
Check reliability of connection to cable connectors – cables should not be
tensed.
Approximate maintenance time is 0,5 hour.
All actions carried out on the product, defects found and negative findings of the
maintenance shall be recorded in the special logbooks.
