Ensure wall plug supplied is suitable for the type of mounting surface. Otherwise obtain
a more appropriate fixing.

Hold the rubber washer in place behind the wall
plate. Position the wall bracket & fit the
screw to secure it to the mounting surface.

Feed the sensor cables through the
wall bracket & through the mounting surface.
With the sensor cables positioned to the bottom of
the sensor, locate the sensor into the wall bracket &
press it up to the shoulder.

Finally, fit the escutcheon over the sensor & wall
bracket. Secure the escutcheon in place using the
grub screw fitted from below. Use a 2.5mm hexago
-
nal key to tighten the grub screw.

Disassemble the sensor housing.
Use the brass wall plate as a template to mark the
hole positions on the mounting surface as shown.
Drill one hole to suit the wall fixing being
used. Drill a second hole Ø12 to Ø15mm
just below the first hole for the cables to
pass through the mounting surface. Fit the
wall plug or suitable fixing.
Sensor protective sticker:
RE-AFFIX this sticker IF it has been
removed from the sensor hous
-
ing during fixation. ONLY remove
sticker after installation has been
completed & then wait at least 20
seconds after powering up.
CABLE COLOURS:
The cables emerging from the rear of the sensor are as follows: BLACK & RED cables will connect to
the solenoid valve. GREY cable will connect onto the PCB inside the PSU.
Do not cut these cables.
