5. Fit the pre-bended copper tube to either a urinal or
to an auto cistern.
6. Slip the compression nut & olive onto the Ø15mm
pre-bended tube and continue plumbing to the sole-
noid valve using 15mm compression fitting supplied
with this product.
7. Insert the washer into the compression fitting base
and hand tighten onto the solenoid valve. Observe the
flow direction in the solenoid valve and make sure the
valve is orientated such that the electrical connectors
are easily accessible. Tighten the nut (25mm A/F) with
a spanner by holding the solenoid valve steady. Taking
care not to use excessive force on the nut.
8. Fit the filter (mash/strainer) into the inlet side of the
solenoid valve as shown, observing the flow direction
arrow on the solenoid valve.
9. Insert the washer into the compression fitting base
and tighten the compression fitting base to the inlet
side of the solenoid valve using the spanner by hold-
ing the solenoid valve steady. Taking care not to use
excessive force on the nut.
10. Insert the flow regulator into the top compression
fitting body right down to the shoulder. Observe orien
-
tation of flow regulator (see page12).
11. Slip the compression nut & olive onto the Ø15mm
supply pipe and countinue plumbing to the top of the
inlet using fittid compression base.Slide the olive up
to the compression body &tighten the nut (24mm A/F)
with an adjustable spanner.Hold the solenoid valve
stedy (25mm A/F) with a second adjustable spanner.
