Расстояние между лотки / контейнеров GN

Для обеспечения оптимальной циркуляции холодно воздуха в камере устройства минимальное расстоя-
ние между лотками / гастрономами GN должно составлять 40 мм.

Расположение лотки/контейнеров GN в  камере печи

Для обеспечения оптимальной циркуляции холодно воздуха:
• выравнять положение лотки/контейнеров  GN по отношению к вентилятору
• равномерно их расположить в камере устройства

Автоматическая разморозка

Оборудование оснащено системой автомати-
ческой разморозки с заводскими настройками 
параметров. Однако, количество, длительность 
и временные промежутки между циклами раз-
морозки можно установить при помощи панели 
управления.
Этот процесс должен быть произведен квалифи-
цированным персоналом, в некоторых случаях 
может требоваться ручная разморозка – для это-
го следует воспользоваться панелью управления 
или выключить оборудование пока лед не раста-

ет (время зависит от температуры в помещении и 
количества льда).
В случае оборудования, предназначенного для 
мороженных и упакованных пищевых продуктов, 
рекомендуется выполнение полного месячного 
цикла чистки, в том числе проведение цикла 
разморозки оборудования.
Рекомендуется ежедневная чистка внешнего 
корпуса оборудования, а также внутренней ча-
сти двери, уделяя особое внимание поверхности 
вдоль прокладки.
