ARKRAY warrants that the Lancing Device functions effectively for a period

of 3 years from the date of purchase. A malfunctioning device should not be

returned to your supplier or to ARKRAY unless you receive an authorization

number to do so.

This warranty does not apply to the performance of the GLUCOCARD Vital
meter that has been damaged by accident or has been altered, misused,
tampered with, or abused in any way. This warranty only applies to the
original purchaser of the meter and/or its agents.
