4. During the session
• To pause a session, simply press “play/pause”
After 1 minute’s pause, the screen turns off, then press any key on the
screen to «wake it up» (you need to press «play/pause» again to restart
diffusion and continue the session).
• You can change the number of the current session by pressing «play/
pause» and then pressing and holding the + or - button.
• Pressing «on/off» ends the session (diffusion stops and the
ARKOPHARMA diffuser turns off).
If it’s turned off using «on/off» before the end of a session, it will consider this
session completed.
• To restart a session after the end of the previous one, all you need to do
is turn on the screen and press «play/pause». The ARKOPHARMA diffuser
then understands that the next session is started and moves the line under
the new session number.

5. Diffusion of an essential oil for children, “child protocol” no. 70
This child-friendly protocol lets you diffuse essential oils safely, for child-
ren from the age of 3.
Between 3 and 6 years old, be sure to diffuse the essential oils in the
child’s absence, before he or she goes back into the room, for example.
Simply select programme 70, using the + and - keys. Press «play/pause»
to start the programme.
The diffuser then launches the child-specific protocol: a 15-minute diffu-
sion (alternating a 5-second diffusion time with a 10-second pause), with
two sessions per day. For SLEEP essential oils, start the sessions at the
end of the day or before bedtime. For INVIGORATING essential oils, start
the sessions in the morning. For RELAXING, ENT or IMMUNITY essential
oils, split the sessions across the day.
The device will turn off automatically at the end of the session after one
minute’s inactivity.
