4. Insert the new rod. Insert the rivet in the rod
hole and pop up the rivet.
5. Put the spring back on the limit switch rod.
6. Do steps 11 to 15 of the limit switch
replacement instructions.
SSRS Block Replacement
1. Stand up the Voyager on a solid table.
Remove the hook and remove the strap
guide by unscrewing the 2 screws.
2. Put the Voyager on the back and unscrew
the 2 screws on the carry handle and the
2 screws at the bottom of the device.
3. Flip the Voyager and unscrew the
Quick
Release
button, the 4 screws on the cab and
the 2 screws on the carry handle.
4. Gently, remove the rear cab from the
Voyager. Just lift enough the frame from the
front cab to unplug the 2 control switch
connectors from the circuit board. Stand up
the frame on a solid surface. Be careful with
the circuit board under the frame.
5. Unscrew the “no 25 Torx screw”. The
electric board does not need to be
unplugged. It only needs to be removed from
the frame so the SSRS block can be reach.
