COMMISSIONING
Prior to commissioning the heating equipment, the following must be checked:
• that the heating system and boiler are filled with water, with a pressure of at least 0.5 bar
• that any flue gas damper is open
• that the circulation pump is on
• that the heating system's valves are open
• that the supply air vent is open
• that the safety valve's connection to the boiler cannot be obstructed and that safety valve is
working as it should
Start the burner and test the burner is working according to the burner's instructions. Make
sure the circulation functions and bleed air from the system. Combustion characteristics should
bechecked with a flue gas analyser, allowing for optimum combustionto be achieved.
Adjust the balance between the burner fan and the boiler flue gas fan, so the underpressure in
the hearth is 15 - 25 Pa. The underpressure gauge is connect to the Ø6 mm copper tube, on the
top of the boiler to the left of the tap water pipes. The flue gas fan is adjusted separately for each
output mode: AirHi 2, AirLo 2 and AirMin 2.
Daily operation and daily maintenance
The daily operation of the boiler depends on the wood pellet quality used and the need for
heating. We recommend the following fuel type is used: ENplusA1.
Ensure that all hatches are closed and air tight during operations. Hatches that are not air tight
can cause incorrect combustion.
WARNING Changing to another wood pellet quality always assumes the equipment is adjusted! If
necessary, check the fuel suitability with the equipment supplier!
NOTE! The servicing intervals are extremely dependent on the wood pellet quality used and
the correct burner setting. On average, the boiler must be cleaned every 2 – 4 weeks.
