(3)  Characteristics of LPF and AMP 

The transmission characteristics when combining LPF and AMP in the measurement 

example are shown in Figure A3-2. Frequency characteristics for “LPF input signal” and 

“(AMP output signal) – (AMP gain) + (LPF insertion loss)” are shown here. In the 

measurement example, attenuation of 50 dB or more was obtained in the frequency band 

between1.5 GHz and 10 GHz by combining LPF and AMP.
