Using the Preemie Insert
To prevent ejection or serious injury:
• For low birth-weight infant, you must always use the
preemie insert in the body support.
The preemie insert must be used for infants who weigh
less than 6 lbs (2.7 kg).
• To prevent suffocation, always place preemie insert
into the pocket located on the back of the body
support exactly as shown.

The preemie insert is designed to only be inserted into
pocket one way. The words “ THIS TEXT MUST FACE UP”
on the label must be visible when inserting it into the
pocket.
