keeper

 

into

 

a

 

position

 

that

 

does

 

not

 

allow

 

it

 

to

 

‘bind’

 

against

 

the

 

control

 

horn

 

during

 

movement

 

of

 

the

suitable

 

object

 

to

 

help

 

press/slide

 

the

 

wire

 

into

 

the

 

slot.

the

 

landing

 

gear

 

leg

 

covers

 

should

 

be

 

oriented

 

toward

 

the

 

tip

 

of

 

the

 

wing

 

on

 

each

 

side

 

when

 

you

 

have

 

the

 

left

 

and

 

right

 

landing

 

gear

 

assemblies

 

installed

 

correctly.

 

 

 

 

After

 

installing

 

both

 

landing

 

gear

 

assemblies

 

view

 

each

 

wheel

 

from

 

above.

 

Adjust

 

the

 

position

 

of

 

the

 

landing

 

gear

 

in

 

the

 

mount

 

to

 

ensure

 

that

 

the

 

centerline

 

of

 

each

 

wheel

 

is

 

perpendicular

 

to

 

the

 

wooden

 

wing

 

spar

 

(or

 

very

 

slightly

 

‘toed

‐

in’)

 

for

 

improved

 

ground

 

tracking/handling.
