Supervision

Overview
Youíre responsible for supervising those who ride your ATV. Your

wisdom is valuable . . . itíll bring them all back safely - your friends,

your family, your relatives, and your ATV. Itís crucial that you

consider yourself a supervisor for all riders of your ATV. Whether

you accept responsibility or not, the truth is that you are responsible

for others riding your ATV.

Youíre to the last letter in "PASS" . . . "Supervision." Youíve just

gone through the manual, and youíve seen whatís involved. That puts

you in a good position to be confident about what you know. So now

itís time to use your knowledge and supervise others who ride your

ATV.
Inexperienced/Untrained Riders
You canít let people ride your ATV who donít know what theyíre

doing. Unless theyíve had over a year of experience with ATV riding

or taken an ATV training course, itís your responsibility to keep them

off your ATV. It can be dangerous (especially for underaged

children) - all the more reason for you to be firm.
