Scope of delivery Seawater R.O. AQUATEC :



High-pressure pump with electric motor, pump head in Duplex-stainless steel 1.4462.



Feed pump 230 volt.



GFK membrane housing and membrane-element.



1Filter housing included charcoal filter-cartridge for fresh water flushing.



2 filter housing and fastener, 1 piece 20 and 1 piece 5 Micron filter-cartridge.



2 pc. ball valves. (no. 1 and 3 flow diagram).



1 pc. 3 way ball valve (no. 4 flow diagram).



Control panel with three-way valve ¼“ (no. 2 in flow diagram).

Stainless steel high-pressure manometer, duplex-stainless steel pressure control
valve., flow meter, 2 switches for LP and High pressure pump



4 m high-pressure hose with 2 pieces mounted V4A screw connections.



2 pc. stainless steel (V4A) high-pressure fittings for self installation.



6 m PVC-reinforced hose for intake and discharge line.



All needed plastic fittings and stainless steel hose clamps.



6 m PE-tube 3/8” for fresh water with connection fittings.



10 liter tank for preservation and cleaning.



Biocide for membrane preservation.



Connection cable, through-hull fittings and sea cock must be provided on-board.

Option 1: Cruising kit

4 filter-cartridges 5 Micron, 4 filter-cartridges 20 Micron, 2 filter- cartridges charcoal.
Detergents Acid and Alkaline as well as Biocide for preservation.
1 set low- and high-pressure gasket for hp pump,
1 set of hp pump valves (6 pc.). O-ring spare part kit for hp pump and membrane.
This option eliminates the smaller amount of biocides included in the standard delivery.

Option 2: Automatic fresh water flush

To automatically flush out the system with fresh water by pressing a button on the operator
console. Fully assembled washer unit is supplied. Pre-wired operator console with identical
dimensions to the standard operating console.
Modified standard connection boxes pre-wired with a control device for individually setting
the time for flush out with fresh water.
The ball valve in the standard version, for manually flush out with fresh water, is not
present with this option.
