The Flow Rate (at full open) is pre-set to 3.5 GPH
This flow rate can easily be changed to achieve customer's desired
output. Outputs usually vary based on the treatment time. The
most common ones are:
2 to 3 GPH ~ Overnight Treatments
up to 5 GPH ~ Time Sensitive Treatments
Min/Max range is .75 to 11.25 GPH (60Hz unit).
Min/max range is .75 to 8.25 GPH (50Hz unit).
Optional, connect an appropriately - sized metering pump to feed
regulate chemical product.
To calibrate a New (fully open) Flow Rate
Fill the unit's tank with water. Remove the Fan Housing and Blade
Assembly to expose the Feed Tube (See
Fig. 3
).
Use a measuring cup and turn on the feed pump (lower switch) for 60
second interval while catching the water from the feed tube. Multiply
ounces of water by 60 and then divide by 128. This will give you your
GPH rate. Use the Key on the internal valve to make changes.
Example: 1 minute/ (4.2 ozs. x 60 ÷ 128 = 2 GPH)
The KEY is needed to make changes
You will need the KEY located on the side of the electrical control
box to make changes (see
Fig. 3
). Slide this key on top of the flow
valve's stem (see
Fig. 4
) to make your adjustment.
Remove KEY from valve
Regular cleaning and/or maintenance inside the tank will likely
move the setting and cause problems to your pre-set flow rate.

Low Flow Tube comes pre-installed
The low flow feed tube has higher precision calibration
capability at low flow rates. The low flow tube can be
identified, having a colored insert factory installed.
High Flow Tube (provided)
Is suited for high flow applications, switch the unit
to the high flow feed tube. To install, disconnect
power supply, and remove the housing and fan blade
assembly to gain access to the feed tube. Maintain the
same angle of the factory installed tube and secure.
Output Range:

@ 50Hz 2.8 - 14.0 LPH
Output Range:
