DELIVERY PIPE:
Use same diameter delivery pipe as in delivery bracket to avoid
excess pressure loss.

P l e a s e c h e c k t h e p o w e r s u p p l y v o l t a g e a n d
frequency corresponds to the pumpset name plate
specification and connect according to diagram shown in
terminal box cover.
2.
Observe the relevant ELECTRICITY BOARD regulations
while giving power supply to the pumpset.
3.
Wire size should be sufficient. Use 3/20 wire for short
lengths and 7/20 wire for long lengths.
4.
The pumpset should be properly earthed to avoid electric
shock.
DIRECTION OF ROTATION:
The pumpset should run clockwise when viewed from
cooling fan side.
MAINTENANCE:
1.
Do not wrap the motor with airtight materials such as
polythene sheet. Condensation will form in tightly wrapped
motor and damage the pumpset.
2.
Bearing needs no lubrication for 3 years under normal
conditions. When re- greasing, only half the space between
bearing and cap should be filled with grease.
3.
Pumpset should be covered with appropriate guard to
prevent entry of rain water or direct sun light or any other
dust particles.
4.
Ensure that clogging does not take place in strainer. Clean
the strainer periodically.
