EZ Twist Top

7. 

Remove Quartz Caps and O-Rings.

MAINTENANCE

9. 

Remove EZ Twist Top from the opposite side of the 

housing keeping the Quartz Sleeve attached. Push the 

Quartz Sleeve up through the EZ Twist Top.

 Loosen EZ Twist Top from one side then remove the 

Rubber Seal and Rubber Seal Bushings (Plastic Units). 

10. 

If your unit does not have EZ Twist Top just remove 

Quartz Sleeve Caps, Rubber Seal Bushing and push the 

Quartz Sleeve through one side of the unit. 

11. 

Discard old Lamp, Quartz Sleeve, Rubber Seals, and or Rubber Seal Bushings. Your Lamp Kit contains 

a new set of these parts.
