1.
Take note of the OPC inlet
hose fitting & 6mm outlet
connector (39).
2.
Disconnect the outlet hose (35) from the OPC. Insert a
3mm hex socket into the 6mm connector (39) and remove it
from the OPC.

Use the 3/8” crowfoot and
flex wrench to remove the
inlet hose (36) from the OPC.
4.
Remove the filter & spring (38) from inside the inlet hose
port on the OPC. Remove o-ring (37) from the end of the
inlet hose (36).

CAUTION:
Batteries need to be removed prior to any
maintenance or storage of the OPC. Failure to do so
may cause irreversible damage to the OPC.
CAUTION:
Ensure the 3mm hex socket is completely
inserted into the center of the 6mm connector. Failure
to do this will result in damage to the 6mm connector.
5.
Remove o-ring (34) from
the 90° fitting at the end of
the inlet hose (36).
6.
Remove the o-ring (34)
from the end of the coiled
hose fitting (33).

White connectors used for clarity.

NOTE: The 6mm connector comes with the gasket
installed. Shown separately for clarity.
NOTE: Before beginning reassembly, perform
parts cleaning and lubrication in accordance
with
PROCEDURE A: Oxygen Cleaning
and Lubricating.
