Filling with a HP Fill Adapter

NOTE: The EBIS system does not include a HP fill adapter. This adapter

(PN 102865) may be purchased separately

(Fig. 13).

O-Ring

CAUTION:

Do not attempt to fill the EBIS directly from a compressed

air filling station unless you have received the necessary training and

authorization to do so. If done incorrectly, this procedure poses certain

hazards which may cause severe injury or death.

CAUTION:

The dial pressure gauge is for reference only. Use the fill

system gauge to indicate accurate cylinder pressure.

WARNING:

DO NOT attempt to use the HP fill adapter to fill the EBIS

from a compressor or air supply where the regulated pressure exceeds

the cylinders maximum fill pressure. Doing so could cause a dangerous

malfunction to the fill adapter or weaken the cylinder and safety plug,

resulting in serious injury or death.
