REMOVING THE HANDLEBARS

"

Remove the dashboard, see 6.1.2 (REMOVING THE DASHBOARD).

"

Remove headlight, see 6.1.3 (REMOVING THE HEADLIGHT).

"

Loosen adjusting nut (1). 

"

Remove rear brake cable (2) from its seat. 

"

Fully loosen the two locking washers (3).

"

Fully tighten the two adjusters (4).

"

Remove front brake cables (5). 

"

Loosen the two screws (6).

"

Remove cover (7).

"

Remove throttle cable (8) from its seat.

"

Disconnect switch, stop light and direction indicators connectors. 

Mark cables to avoid their wrong positioning at reassembly.
