Disassembling the fork

•

Empty all the stem oil.

•

Lock the sleeve on a vice in a horizon-

tal position.

•

Unscrew the bottom screw.

•

Place the sleeve on a vice in a vertical

position.

•

Remove the dust scraper using a

screwdriver as a lever.

BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE SLEEVE RIM AND
THE DUST SCRAPER.

•

Slide the dust scraper off and upwards.

•

Remove the locking ring inside the

sleeve using a thin screwdriver.

BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE SLEEVE RIM.
