Use a cloth to wipe off any mud
deposit on the area next to the
filler plug (1).
•
Place a container with + 4000
cm³ (244 cu.in) capacity under
the drainage plug (2).
•
Unscrew and remove the drain-
age plug (2).
•
Unscrew and remove the filler
plug (1).
•
Drain the oil into the container;
allow several minutes for oil to
drain out completely.
•
Replace the sealing washer of
the drainage plug and the O-ring
of the cap (2).
•
Screw and tighten the drainage
plug (2) paying attention that the
O-ring is adequately fitted so
there are no oil leaks from the
tank to the sump.
CAUTION
IF THE O-RING IS NOT CORRECTLY
FITTED, THIS RESULTS IN LACK OF
SEALING AND CAN CAUSE OIL LEV-
EL TO INCREASE IN THE SUMP IN
STATIC CONDITIONS.
Locking torques (N*m)
Engine oil drainage plug - M16x1.5 (1)
21 - 29 Nm (15.49 - 21.39 lbf ft)
•
Reinig met een doek zorgvuldig
de zone rondom de vuldop (1)
van eventuele vuilafzettingen.
•
Plaats een recipiënt met een mi-
nimum capaciteit van 4000 cc
(244 cu in) onder de afvoerdop
(2).
•
Draai de afvoerdop (2) los en
verwijder hem.
•
Draai de vuldop (1) los en ver-
wijder hem.
•
Voer de olie af, en laat ze enkele
minuten uitdruipen in het recipi-
ënt.
•
Vervang de dichtingsrondel van
de afvoerdop en de O-ring van
de dop (2).
•
Draai de afvoerdop (2) vast en
sluit hem, en let op voor de cor-
recte montage van de O-ring zo-
dat geen olielekken uit de tank
naar de oliecarter geproduceerd
worden.
LET OP
ALS DE O-RING NIET CORRECT GE-
MONTEERD WORDT, IS DE DICHTING
NIET CORRECT EN KAN HET OLIE-
PEIL DOEN VERHOGEN IN DE OLIE-
CARTER IN DE STATISCHE CONDI-
TIES.
