5 . L o s s o r d a m a g e d u e t o f a i l u r e t o f o l l o w o p e r a t i n g i n s t r u c t i o n s a n d
limitations specified in the User Manual.
6.Defects or damages caused by or resulting from force majeure including,
but not limited to fire, lightning, immersion in liquid, earthquake or Acts of God.
7.Defects or damages caused by or resulting from negligent use, willful
abuse, misuse, or intentional acts to damage your APM inverter.
8.Cosmetics defects or damages which won't affect normal operation of APM
inverter.
9.Warranty card is not present or the product is out of warranty period.

identified that the damage to the APM inverter was caused by the failure of APM
inverter to perform as warranted.
11. Any defects or damages resulting from accidental damage including, but
not limited to leaking batteries, incorrect application of main voltage howsoever
arising, inadequate ventilation, or sand, dirt or liquid damage.
12.Any other cause beyond the control of APM..

Common Faults & Solutions
1.APM will bear no responsibility for the compensation of power loss caused
b y d i r e c t o r c o n s e q u e n t i a l d a m a g e f r o m p r o d u c t f a i l u r e . A P M w i l l n o t b e
responsible for the data loss in the operation of an inverter, and the users should
appropriately back up the data by themselves. Nor will APM be responsible for the
personal injury or property losses caused by non-product quality problem. If in
any situation APM puts forward or express the warranty commitments conflicting
with the above clauses, is should be subject to the later one.
2.Please call or mail APM customer service center to register your product to
put warranty coverage in force.
3.Only APM has the rights to revise the conditions of the warranty given; any
trader, distributor or installer has no rights to make any modification to the
warranty provided by APM, or represent APM to express any opinion and
behaviour ; APM reserves the final interpretation right.
4.In case of product malfunction, please contact your installer, distributor or
dealer. They will provide you corresponding services.
5.If APM technicians provide you on-site service, please show the warranty
card, which should be filled by APM technicians.
