(E) AC Output Abnormality Protection: When the output voltage is extremely
high or low, the output will be shut down and the Maj.ALM is lighted. Then the
power switch of PV inverter needs to be restarted.
(F) AC Output Overload Protection: When the load is lower than the rated
power of 105%, the PV inverter will operate normally. When the load is between
105% and 125%, the overload protection will start in 3 min. When the load is
between 125% and 150%, protection will activate in 30s. When the load is more
than 150%, the protection starts instantaneously. During the protection mode,
output will be shut down and the Maj. ALM is lighted. Then the power switch of PV
inverter needs to be restarted.
(G) OTP: Both the push-pull and inversion sections within the PV inverter
have built-in over temperature protections. When the temperature of heat sink is

, the output will be shut down and the Maj. ALM is lighted. Then the power
switch of PV inverter needs to be restarted or it will be switched to a bypass and
the Maj. ALM is lighted.
(H) Battery Voltage Abnormality Protection: When the battery voltage is
extremely high or low (exceeded the battery operating range), PV inverter will
shut down the output and Maj. ALM is lighted. When the battery voltage is restored
to a safe range, the output will be restored automatically as well.
Storage battery reverse connection is forbidden. Battery cells cannot exceed
their rated number or severe damage could happen to the PV inverter.
(I) P a n e l m a l f u n c t i o n i s d i v i d e d i n t o t w o a s a l e r t m e s s a g e a n d f a u l t
message. When an alert message occurs, the Min. ALM will be lighted and buzzer
alarm will be off in 5 min or it can be stopped by pressing the “Setting” button
manually within 5 min:
(1) Output Overload: The alarm light will be on, and the buzzer sounds for
0.5s before it stops 0.5s later.
(2) Low Battery Voltage Alarm: The alert light will be on, and the buzzer
sounds for 1s, before it stops 1s later.
When a malfunction happens, the output will be shut down, Maj. ALM will be
lighted, and the buzzer will keep ringing for 5 min or it can be stopped by pressing
the “Setting” button manually within 5 min. The panel malfunction information is
shown in Table 3.5 below.
