TV Function Overview (Front & Side Panels)

FRONT VIEW

1. ENTER

 – To confirm a selection

2. MENU

 – View the Display, Channel or Setup Menus. Press again to exit.

3. MODE

 – Full Screen or 4:3 display setting

4. GUIDE

 - Display daily television schedule for the channel viewed (if available). Press again to 

    exit.

 Volume right / left; Menu navigation right / left

7. RED LED - 

Illuminates while the display is off

 

8. REMOTE IR WINDOW

 – Receives IR signals from the remote control handset. 

9. STEREO SPEAKERS

REAR VIEW

10. POWER

 - Press to power the television on. To turn off, press and hold for up to 3 seconds.

11. LCD DISPLAY ON/OFF

 – Press for up to 3 seconds to turn off video display; listen to audio 

      sound only. Press again to turn video display back on.

12. RF INPUT

 – attach the included telescopic or optional external antenna for improved reception

13. BUILT-IN STAND

 -  Caution: Pull out carefully to stand TV upright

14. BATTERY PACK

 with QUICK RELEASE 

LEFT SIDE VIEW

15. STEREO HEADPHONE JACK (3.5mm) 

*GREEN - when headphones are plugged in, sound 

      from the stereo speakers is disabled.

16. INPUT 

*YELLOW – Use an A/V cable to connect an external device (ie. DVD Player) See pg.14

      

OUTPUT 

*YELLOW – While in TV mode connect an AV cable to output LDP706 content on to 

      an external video display. See pg.14

17. BATTERY CHARGING INDICATOR

 – flashes green while charging; solid green when 

      completely charged
